So many great scenes set to Morricone&amp;#39;s beautiful music create a cinema that all the CGI money can buy will never touch.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Saw it in 1984, butchered and broken but like the America it celebrated and mourned for, still was able to offer up its hard earned beauty. Perhaps no other director&amp;#39;s work more mirrored their creator than those of the Great, that&amp;#39;s right, Great Sergio Leone. His films have been cut and desecrated by the very country they were intended for and he has been ridiculed as a hack and pop artist.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;40 years later, Leone is considered one of the Masters of Cinema and all 7 of his films considered classics of modern cinema with 3 being outright Masterpieces.
