Influencing Comics #10: Paul Maybury’s Non-Comics Influences
Paul Maybury was born in Boston, Massachusetts. He began his career as a muralist, completing over 40 public works of art before transitioning into a comic book author and artist. Paul has since gone on to create the critically acclaimed graphic novel Aqua Leung
, and has contributed to various award winning anthologies. He is currently working on his next two graphic novels, Party Bear and Maxy J. Millionaire. Currently residing in Austin Texas Paul lives with his fiance and a jerky cat beast.
